Female Pathways Academy Coach Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead the development of talented young female footballers. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing a comprehensive player pathway program, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
The Female Pathways Academy Coach is responsible for:
- Planning and executing a strategic player development plan;
- Overseeing the implementation of individual player development plans;
- Integrating programs between U18W, U16W, North Queensland, and Zone Hubs;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on player progress;
- Providing regular feedback and coaching to players;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- AFL Level 2 Coaching Accreditation;
- Previous experience coaching elite young athletes;
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate young athletes;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
- Proficient IT skills in vision and presentation of coaching strategies;
- Operational knowledge of player performance analysis software and vision editing programs.
