About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to provide exceptional visitor experiences for campers at the Overflow Camping Grounds in Esperance. As a member of our rotational roster, you will be responsible for greeting new arrivals, offering orientation services around the camp grounds, and maintaining facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, work in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the success of the Shire of Esperance. Successful applicants will have the chance to stay within the Esperance town site at the Overflow Camping Grounds without any accommodation costs, providing a unique and rewarding experience.

In this volunteer role, you will also have the option to gain valuable experience and potentially transition into paid Customer Service Officer positions. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors arriving at the Overflow Camping Grounds
  • Provide orientation services to help campers navigate the facilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the camp grounds

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • National Police Clearance
  • Working With Children Check
  • First Aid/CPR certification
