About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Electrician to join our team. As an integral part of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our heavy earthmoving fleet.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive electrical fitting, with previous experience in open-cut mining maintenance essential. In addition, specific knowledge of Caterpillar Dump Trucks, Hitachi Excavators, and Ancillary Equipment is required. Previous experience with air conditioning systems is also highly desirable.

As an Auto Electrician at Thiess, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for completing relevant maintenance activities to achieve site production targets, conducting technical inspections and job estimations, and providing solutions through designated channels.

  • Previous experience with air conditioning systems desirable
  • HR driver's license (desirable)
