As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be tasked with managing these outlets as successful independent profit centers, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with Hyatt International standards.

This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for creating positively memorable experiences for a diverse range of clientele.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Executing marketing plans to attract customers through advertising, promotions, and special events
  • Collaborating with chefs to create and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability
  • Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members
  • Managing budgets and monitoring expenses to maximize revenue while minimizing costs
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies

Requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management
  • Demonstrated recent experience as a Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B in a large property, five-star experience highly regarded
  • Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience.
