Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can oversee our shipping operations and export hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance shipping efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage relationships with carriers and negotiate service agreements
  • Oversee daily hub operations, including staffing, workflow optimization, and quality control
  • Monitor compliance with international shipping regulations and export requirements
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to meet KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and drive process improvements
  • Develop standard operating procedures for shipping operations
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the export industry
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and schedules
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience in program or project management, as well as 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams. They will also have experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements, a Bachelor's degree, and minimum 3 years of experience within the export industry.
