","Key Responsibilities Include:", "1. Leading a team of associates in shipping and distribution operations
","2. Managing order fulfillment of customer orders
","3. Conducting performance reviews, overseeing development, document attendance, submit payroll information, and issue corrective action to team members.
","4. Assisting with inventory control procedures, implementing warehouse procedures, and maintaining service standards consistent with organizational guidelines.
","5. Maintaining contact with customers to ensure accuracy of material/process
","6. Collaborating with the sales and customer service team to ensure timely shipment of orders
","7. Ensuring proper packaging of items to prevent damage and ensuring effective use of software to create shipping labels and other documents
","8. Overseeing the coordination of all Shipments and/or Deliveries and managing the inventory of packaging materials to support business needs
","9. Assessing the cost and performance of current and alternative warehouse procedures and service standards
","Minimum Requirements:
","1. At least 4-5 years job-related experience including knowledge of packing and shipping process
","2. At least 1 year team lead or supervisory related experience
","3. High school diploma or equivalent
","Preferred Requirements:
","1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
","2. 6 years previous leadership or supervisor experience in high-volume, multi-shift, order fulfillment distribution center preferred
