About the Opportunity

We offer a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to take on leadership roles and drive our expansion plans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of offshore and junior staff, providing tax advice on various issues, and delivering high-quality business advisory services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3-4 offshore and junior staff members.
  • Provide tax advice on Div7A, CGT, GST, and FBT matters.
  • Finalise management reports and income tax returns for clients.
  • Offer business advisory services including benchmarking, cashflow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage a fee base of between $700k-$900k annually.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in public practice.
  • A CA or CPA qualification.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • The ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
  • Residency in Sydney and Australian permanent residency.
