**Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Tax Advisory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of offshore and junior staff, providing tax advice on complex issues, and delivering high-quality business advisory services to clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of 3-4 offshore and junior staff members*

* Provide tax advice on Div7A, CGT, GST, and FBT*

* Finalize management reports and income tax returns*

* Deliver business advisory services including benchmarking, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting*

* Manage a fee base of between $700-900k*

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders*

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 7 years of experience in public practice*

* CA or CPA qualification*

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*

* Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure*

* Be based in Sydney and hold Australian permanent residency*
