Lead Park Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee holiday park operations in a beautiful beachfront location.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for experienced management professionals who are highly customer focused, commercially minded, and passionate about guest engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the park including cleaning amenities, grounds maintenance, and managing guest interactions at reception.
  • Be accountable for business operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and supervise teams to achieve agreed performance metrics.
  • Achieve financial goals through effective management practices.
Selection Criteria

To be successful you will need:

  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Familiarity with RMS 9+ computerized booking system and strong technical skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes.
  • Well-developed communication, organization, administration, and management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders professionally.
