Job Title: Resort Front Office Manager
">Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort's front office, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and leading the front office team, including scheduling, coaching and development. You will also oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience.
You will manage any guest escalations, support the team to maintain accurate guest records and handle all guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve front office operations, collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated guest experience, monitoring and analysing front office metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a resort duty manager role or similar
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
