Paradise Isles is a premier holiday resort known for its exceptional service and stunning surroundings. We manage holiday units and provide comprehensive caretaking services to ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and other contractors to ensure units are prepared for guests
- Assist in resolving any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Other related reception works to assist the manager

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a Front Office Receptionist within hotels or resorts is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of booking system, such as RESLY
- Proactive in all tasks, assist others without being asked

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
