Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

A key opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join our Customer Solutions team as an Implementation Specialist. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, representing our product, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and overall success of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaising with sales teams and state managers to develop tailored implementation, onboarding, training, and customer success plans.
  2. Monitoring new client account utilisation to ensure clients are confident in using our product and receiving appropriate support through change management processes.
  3. Up-selling existing clients across our Agent Services product suite, as well as canvassing for prospective clients.
  4. Identifying market gaps and potential new integrations with customers to further entrench our product into their business processes.
  5. Managing client expectations regarding customisations and new features.
  6. Handling and filing queries, allocating them to the correct division.
  7. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to users where necessary.
  8. Supporting administration tasks for sales teams and preparing electronic proposals.
  9. Overseeing customer invoicing management in consultation with the Accounting team.
  10. Contributing to product improvement by providing feedback and expert advice, while coordinating with the Product team to ensure understanding of any product changes.
