Your Key Responsibilities

  • Performing vessel operations as directed by port management
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and principal requirements
  • Processing inward and outward clearances of all vessels
  • Performing all arrangements regarding crew movements, medical cases and crew shore passes in coordination with main office and vessel/principal requirements

Requirements for Success

  • Experience in Administration or Customer service
  • Fluent in English - both written and spoken
  • Ability to work towards a deadline
  • A level of computer literacy
