As a senior security leader, you will oversee the clearance process across various security levels, ensuring high-quality execution. You will assess complex cases and manage a meticulous process to guarantee alignment with standard procedures and PSPF.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process clearances meticulously, adhering to PSPF and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files, ensuring alignment with standard procedures and PSPF.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for efficient caseload management and execution.
What we're looking for
  • Extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments.
  • A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with potential to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
  • Leadership: Experience in leading teams and mentoring analysts.
  • Attention to Detail: Scrutiny of extensive data and identification of potential security risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Commitment to upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation, strictly adhering to PSPF.
