Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an integral point of contact for families, you will provide a range of duties vital to the efficient operations of our preschool.

Job Description:

You will be working 7 hours per week on a Monday, providing a helping hand to ensure the smooth operation of our service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to families and staff
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
