Hospitality Trainee

This 12-month traineeship offers hands-on experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification in Hospitality. You will rotate through key roles within our Client Services team, gaining expertise in the hospitality industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Reception and Concierge: welcome guests, manage visitor access, support VIP arrivals with professionalism and care.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: prepare meeting spaces, set up rooms and arrange catering, ensure rooms are clean and ready for use.
  • Hospitality Support: assist with internal events and business meetings, refresh rooms between bookings, serve and clear catering for both formal and informal functions.

You will work closely with our Client Services and Indigenous Careers teams to develop your skills and knowledge. As a trainee, you will have opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Comfortable using computers and Microsoft tools like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Great communicators – both written and verbal
  • Team players who bring a positive attitude
  • Passionate about delivering great customer service
