Responsibilities
  • Promote effective learning practices through planning and delivering sessions that cater to diverse needs
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and training packages by ensuring relevant resources meet requirements
  • Create a positive learning environment, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own education
  • Adapt learning materials to accommodate different students, learning settings, facilities, and resources
  • Contribute to administrative tasks, coordination, and learning services activities directly related to the areas taught
  • Support the development, maintenance, and review of educational programs
  • Foster a respectful and safe environment free from violence, aggression, bullying, sexual harassment, and discrimination
  • Acknowledge and support the organization's commitment to social justice and equality
About You

You possess well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including research, resource selection, and assessment tool utilization. A motivated individual with a passion for education will excel in this role.

Qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification that meets industry standards
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Electrical and/or relevant discipline
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
  • A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver
  • A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge
