Experienced Contract Administrator Wanted

Join our business as a seasoned Contract Administrator
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects, with a strong track record of driving commercial and contractual success.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, collating, and evaluating tender documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
Developing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules to meet project requirements.
Assisting with progress claims and external variations to maintain project momentum.
Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing subcontracts to secure best outcomes.
Tracking and managing project expenditure, including subcontractor claims, to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Communicating effectively with project stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, as required by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
A degree in construction management or a related field, combined with significant experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator.
Proven expertise in new build project management, with a focus on value exceeding $30 million.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and drive customer-focused outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex contractual scenarios.
Knowledge of the Perth construction market and its key players, enabling effective subcontractor relationships.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of contract administration.
