  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or similar role
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and productivity software
  • Knowledge of network protocols, devices, and security best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
