Marketing Associate, Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Investment and Retirement Marketing team in Sydney. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing highly effective marketing activities to grow and support the Fidante Affiliates.
Key Responsibilities- Creating and maintaining high-quality marketing collateral and communications, including product flyers, presentations, and campaign material for retail and institutional sales channels.
- End-to-end management of email campaigns, including setup, content creation, and reporting.
- Coordinating the timely distribution of fund reporting, including website updates, email campaigns, and presentation decks.
- Creating and maintaining website pages, banners, and updating content in the Content Management System (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Managing in-person and virtual webinars and assisting with roadshows and ad-hoc events by creating invites, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Working with internal and external agencies to develop creative assets and visual and audio produced content.
- Assisting the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager with additional duties and projects as required.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, with a sound understanding of marketing principles.
- Experience working in a marketing role from within a financial services environment is highly desirable.
- Experience working with marketing platforms such as ON24 or Salesforce or similar and content management platforms.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
- Ability to initiate, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external agencies while being able to influence and negotiate.
