Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our performance marketing efforts.

  1. Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost sales.
  2. Collaborate with our agency partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize performance.
  3. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  4. Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing, targeting adjustments, and ad creative refinement.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and the fashion industry.
Affiliate Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Expert to oversee our affiliate marketing program and drive sales growth.

  1. Manage and optimize our affiliate marketing program to ensure alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  2. Effectively collaborate with top affiliates to drive sales and boost performance.
  3. Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and influencers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.
  5. Regularly analyze affiliate performance metrics and use data to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  6. Manage administrative tasks, including order cancellations and invoice payments.
General Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our performance marketing efforts.

  1. Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI.
  2. Collaborate with our content team to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
  3. Utilize customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign targeting.
  4. Monitor competitors' activities and performance to identify opportunities and threats.
  5. Prepare and present weekly reports on affiliate and performance marketing activities, using tools like Google Analytics and paid media platforms.
  6. Create detailed briefs for our graphics team to ensure marketing materials meet campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
  7. Efficiently hand over marketing materials to the appropriate agency or account manager.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3-4+ years' experience managing SEM and/or Affiliate campaigns (in-house or agency-side)
  2. High-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  3. Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics
  4. A passion for understanding consumer insights and the ability to translate those insights into actionable business ideas
  5. Ability to problem-solve & be reactive
  6. Proactively seeking out opportunities to keep across new industry trends or technologies
  7. High-level of attention to detail, excellent communicator and collaborative team-player
  8. Ability to analyze data & identify potential business opportunities to grow revenue and increase conversion
  9. Excellent time management & ability to always meet targets & deadlines
