About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Central Coast Local Health District. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational support and facility management services across our headspace Platform sites.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Tertiary Bachelor Degree qualification or relevant experience managing administrative services. You will be able to motivate and support a team, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment. A proactive mindset in identifying issues and finding effective solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational support and facility management services across headspace Platform sites
  • Manage healthcare information systems and ensure accurate and timely recording of service data
  • Lead and support the headspace Administration Team to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and operating within the headspace facilities
