Chief Sales Strategist

At The Star Entertainment Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Chief Sales Strategist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience in the Hotels industry to drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThis pivotal role will see you develop and execute strategic sales plans that significantly contribute to shaping the success of our sales and development function at The Star.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and own the group's commercial strategy and planning for Hotel & Events Sales
- Drive trade performance to achieve revenue & yield targets
- Aquire new customers and manage key client relationships (new and existing)
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, property hotel & events teams)
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management
- SUCCESSFULLY LEAD A LARGE SALES TEAM
- Proven track record in implementing strategic plans within a dynamic commercial lens
- Expertise in establishing and nurturing strong & profitable partnerships with key clients
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and lead a high-performance culture
- Embrace a 'can-do' attitude, showcasing your ability to navigate successfully towards goals
- Highly skilled in influencing multiple key stakeholders to achieve robust commercial outcomes
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits such as:
