About the Role

This role reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue, increase market share, and strengthen brand awareness. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for driving online revenue through effective marketing and eCommerce activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and key OTA market managers
  • Improve visibility on all OTA sites via content, ranking, and promotion
  • Implement strategies to increase direct marketing and loyalty for return guests
  • Manage SEM and SEO campaigns in conjunction with Marriott Digital Strategy
  • Drive social media strategy and offline marketing efforts as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Comprehensive experience across all areas of marketing, including digital
  • Strong computer skills, including website design experience
  • A high level of efficiency and organisation
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
