Job Opportunity: Formwork Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management and completion of formwork tasks on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to ensure accuracy of work.
  • Create templates and tie installations to ensure structure stability.
  • Inspect quality and safety to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in setting, levelling, and aligning formwork.
  • Discover and correct errors before concrete pouring.
  • Strike formwork after pouring.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and trades to discuss project status and questions.
  • Report job progress, incidents, and workplace accidents.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in formwork and construction site work.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent problem solving, planning, and organizational skills.
