Import Sea Freight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the coordination of all aspects of import sea freight operations.
- Evaluate and implement effective solutions to optimize import sea freight processes.
- Liaise with clients, key service providers, and shipping lines to ensure seamless logistics execution.
- Analyze and resolve issues that may impact shipment timeliness or integrity.
- Verify and maintain accurate documentation for customs clearance purposes.
- Monitor and track shipments to guarantee timely delivery.
- Generate invoices and job costings as per established procedures.
