Independent processing of incoming orders and international sea freight shipments, including document preparation, invoicing, and support with monthly closing. Daily communication with colleagues, customers, and partners at home and abroad. Responsibilities also include customs procedures, transport planning, and handling customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

Your Responsibilities

Processing incoming orders and independently managing international sea freight shipmentsPreparing necessary documents, handling order invoicing, and supporting monthly closingCorresponding and working closely with colleagues in Germany and abroad, as well as with our customers and partnersManaging customs clearance procedures and transport planningHandling customer complaints and supporting solution development

Your Profile

Successfully completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk or a commercial qualificationIdeally, relevant experience in sea freight (import / export)Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and systematic thinking skillsStrong communication skills and a team playerExcellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plusResults-driven personalityHands-on mentality
