- Clinical Education: Develop, coordinate and evaluate training programs that support nursing/midwifery staff, students and service needs.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to employees through structured performance development and capability planning.
- Current registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
- Proven experience in nursing education or staff development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
