Job Title:

Program Nurse Educator - MS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Nurse Educator to support our haematology program. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that will enable you to utilize your specialist nursing expertise to deliver education and training to healthcare professionals across primary and specialty care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging education and training programs to healthcare professionals to enhance patient management and outcomes.
  • Provide up-to-date clinical information on haematology management and treatment pathways.
  • Build strong professional relationships with HCPs to support knowledge transfer and best practice adoption.
  • Act as a clinical resource and advisor, supporting program objectives and educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of educational content.
  • Ensure all training is aligned with program guidelines, policies, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong knowledge of chronic disease management (haematology).
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering clinical education to healthcare professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time independently.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms for education delivery and reporting.
  • Full Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle (travel may be required).
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in program delivery, nursing education, or medical liaison roles.
  • Experience working within pharmaceutical, specialty care, or community health settings.
  • Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant clinical area (haematology, or education).
  • Exposure to patient pathways (advantageous but not essential).
