**Clinical Education Specialist - Speech Pathology**
We are seeking an experienced clinical educator to join our team and develop innovative education initiatives that foster a culture of clinical learning within the speech pathology profession.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering education initiatives that enhance the skills and knowledge of speech pathology professionals.
You will work closely with our collaborative team to develop and implement innovative programs that promote best practice and support continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering education programs that meet the needs of speech pathology professionals
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement effective learning solutions
- Evaluating the effectiveness of education initiatives and making recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A recognized tertiary qualification in speech pathology and eligibility for membership to Speech Pathology Australia
- Postgraduate qualifications in education or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in education and leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
