Job Title: Advanced Patient Care Specialist

As an Advanced Patient Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical expertise to deliver compassionate nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

You must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse. You should also have demonstrated competencies in providing nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, as well as effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
