The Opportunity
A passionate and experienced Learning and Development Specialist is required to join the People Team in Adelaide. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering impactful learning programs that build leadership and employee capability across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training sessions that cater to diverse needs.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning pathways.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's learning strategy. You will work closely with various departments to design and deliver learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Requirements- Proven experience in learning and development, including training design and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
