We're excited to offer an opportunity for a developing Account Manager to join our team in Adelaide — ideal for a high-performing Account Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or early-career communicator looking to grow within an agency environment.

You'll work across a mix of branding, campaign, digital and creative projects — and gain valuable exposure to the full agency process, supported by our experienced Account Directors, Strategists, and Producers.

What You'll Do

• Support our experienced Account Service team with project delivery, client communication, and day-to-day coordination across a diverse portfolio.
• Take ownership of your own portfolio of smaller clients and projects, with mentorship from senior staff and room to grow.
• Scope, quote, and manage brand, creative, production, and digital projects from end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to brief.
• Provide clear direction to internal teams through briefing and clear communication, to ensure work aligns with client goals.
• Strengthen and grow client relationships by delivering high-quality work and building trust.
• Collaborate with our Strategists, Creatives, and Producers to help deliver impactful branding and campaign work.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, Producers and Strategists on proposals, planning, and presentations.
• Join client meetings, take briefs, and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee time tracking, invoicing, and reporting to support efficient project and cost management.
• Assist with internal project management including schedules, quotes, managing call sheets, uploading content, resourcing and supplier coordination.
• Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.

What You'll Bring

• Have 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or client service role (agency experience ideal but not essential).
• Are confident, organised and keen to grow your account management skills in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Love working with people and have a natural ability to build relationships with clients and collaborators.
• Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about branding, campaign development, and digital production.
• Communicate clearly in writing and in person — and thrive when managing timelines, budgets, and priorities.
• Are comfortable supporting both creative and production teams, from strategy to delivery.
• Have a can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a friendly, collaborative team.

About you

• 1–3 years' experience in marketing, communications or creative project coordination.
• A confident communicator and organised multitasker who thrives in a team.
• Curious, proactive, and excited to build your career in creative agencies.
• Familiar with branding, content, campaign or digital work (or keen to learn fast).
• Comfortable using tools for tracking timelines, budgets, and creative progress.
• Calm, positive and adaptable in a fast-moving creative environment.
