About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects.

  • Manage conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering for Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Be responsible for technical approval and sign-off of the project's engineering and design.
  • Collaborate with Functional Managers to ensure positive project outcomes from a technical and schedule perspective.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements, develop project scopes, and deliver customized solutions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage complex engineering projects from concept to completion, focusing on safety, technical quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
