Job Title: Channel Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive digital transformation and boost customer engagement. As a Channel Transformation Lead, you will shape the future of our digital presence by leading the integration of Google and Adobe marketing stacks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance digital processes and leverage data insights.
  • Leveraging Martech ecosystems, including Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Marketing Platform, to power high-impact campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and ensure seamless execution and measurable results.
  • Ongoing optimization of digital platforms, including mobile apps and customer portals.

Requirements:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in digital, media, or advertising agencies.
  • Possession of strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian media landscape and hands-on experience with campaign strategy, customer journey mapping, and transformation.
  • Working knowledge of Martech ecosystems and CRM tools.
