Retail Concession Manager Position

Unison Label is seeking an experienced Retail Concession Manager to lead our concession pad. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience, empowering the team through ongoing training and mentoring, and driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a customer-focused culture with every interaction
- Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
- Work with Leadership to build an effective concession pad
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators
- Manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
- A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and KPIs.
- An eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- Up to 50% off new season product range
