Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager who can drive a customer-focused culture and create memorable experiences with every interaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with leadership to build effective concession pads and drive operational excellence
  • Motivate teams to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement training programs to empower teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing retail concessions, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
  • A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor teams to achieve success
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
