Concession Manager

We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to drive sales growth, manage stock levels and lead a high-performing team of concession staff. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer-focused culture, creating memorable experiences with every interaction
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession operation
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
  • A supportive leader, able to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, assisting in driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs within budgets
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
