Embark on a rewarding career as an HR Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to commence your HR journey and be mentored by the People & Culture Director, assisting with various administrative tasks such as:
- Providing end-to-end administration support for the People & Culture Director & COO
- Assisting with the administration of the Recruitment process
- Maintenance and management of the database - uploading documentation and reporting on recruitment metrics, contract generation and initiating the onboarding process
- Co-ordinating pre-employment checks, reference checks and background checks
- Providing ongoing support in the implementation of processes, policies and projects
Key responsibilities also include general administration duties as required on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant HR tertiary qualifications and excellent interpersonal skills. You should be highly organised, able to effectively manage projects and deliver outcomes in a timely manner. Well-developed writing skills, exceptional attention to detail and advanced MS Office skills are also essential.
