Job Opportunity: Employee Relations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support our HR team with various tasks, including employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with publishing job postings and tracking candidate applications
  • Screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for review
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between applicants and managers
  • Maintain and update employee records and digital HR documents
  • Draft internal announcements and HR communications as requested
  • Support the planning and coordination of team engagement activities or virtual events
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Google Workspace
  • Interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication efforts
  • Good written communication skills and an eye for design
  • Prior experience assisting in HR, administration, or marketing is a plus
