Job Opportunity: Employee Relations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support our HR team with various tasks, including employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist the team with publishing job postings and tracking candidate applications
- Screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for review
- Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between applicants and managers
- Maintain and update employee records and digital HR documents
- Draft internal announcements and HR communications as requested
- Support the planning and coordination of team engagement activities or virtual events
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Google Workspace
- Interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication efforts
- Good written communication skills and an eye for design
- Prior experience assisting in HR, administration, or marketing is a plus
