**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. This includes performing routine repairs, inspecting properties for safety and compliance, and operating and maintaining tools and equipment.

About You

  • You have a qualified trade background in carpentry, plastering, or general building.
  • You have demonstrated experience in property maintenance and safe use of tools and equipment.
  • You are able to assess maintenance issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • You possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You are willing to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plastering, and painting.
  • Inspect properties to ensure safety, compliance, and presentation standards.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment, completing required safety documentation.
  • Assist with the coordination of external contractors.
  • Support the Property Coordinator and Service Desk Officers in maintaining the property portfolio.
