Portfolio Manager – Hazardous Weather Claims
This role involves overseeing a portfolio of approximately 50 claims related to hazardous weather and storm events in QLD. Key responsibilities include timely and accurate processing while delivering exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing claim portfolios with high levels of resilience and adaptability;
- Maintaining detailed records of all claims and communications;
- Providing excellent customer service addressing concerns and queries promptly;
The ideal candidate will have a background in providing high-quality customer service, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This is a fast-paced role requiring quick thinking and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong people skills with prior experience in call-based or face-to-face customer service, as well as a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.
