Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining experience, offering exceptional culinary offerings and elevated service standards.

The Role:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager to maintain the highest standards of service, manage costs effectively, and drive the ongoing success of our venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Management: Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  2. Maintain and elevate service standards in line with fine dining expectations.
  3. Implement and refine service procedures, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  4. Work closely with the Executive Chef to curate a world-class dining experience.
  5. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing fine-dining restaurants.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and COGS.
  • Possession of excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
