**Job Title:** Client Relations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to service institutional clients who have invested in our Australian and New Zealand strategies. This position supports all aspects of client relationship management for those investors.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordination, management, and distribution of quarterly and annual reports including proofreading, editing, and report writing as well as coordinating responses to any follow-up questions from clients.
  • Management of annual investor meetings including contributing to the production of annual meetings content, presentations, delivery, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage client records such as collecting and maintaining accurate information including contact information, investment information, memberships on advisory boards, and investor voting directions.
  • Support management of client issues by coordinating and providing timely and thoughtful responses to ad hoc investor queries related to accounting, financial analysis, and asset management.
  • Support efficiencies and improvements in client services and reporting.
  • Establish, engage with, and maintain key relationships with our ANZ strategy clients.
  • Work closely with Investor Relations team and funds management teams to ensure the ANZ client servicing program delivers on our business plan.
Qualifications, Experience, and Strengths:
  • Excellent project management capability and organisational skills.
  • Strong experience in client relationship management.
  • Experience working with institutional investors or with alternative assets (e.g. timber, agriculture, infrastructure, real estate, private equity) and/or impact investing and sustainability would be beneficial.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • A demonstrated and knowledgeable interest in sustainability and responsible investment.
  • Must be a team player and work well under pressure and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, liberal arts, or equivalent preferred.
  • A high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel). Previous experience in using CRM and client portal systems beneficial.
