This part-time role (0.63 FTE) offers an exciting opportunity to join our Property team as a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator. This position involves managing facility maintenance requests, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities for Kieser's clinics
  • Support the Senior Facilities Lead with tenders for planned maintenance
  • Coordinate work orders from facility audits and assist with standards improvement
  • Ensure essential maintenance work tied to risk mitigation is completed on time
  • Build strong relationships with clinics and subcontractors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in equivalent facilities management roles
  • Knowledge of operations, industry best practices, legislative, and regulatory requirements related to facilities management
  • Work Order management system knowledge
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Valid driver's license

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on the location and responsibilities involved.
