Job Overview

As a facilitator of learning programs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

You will work closely with colleagues to provide training solutions tailored to the needs of our retail bank customers, particularly in lending.

Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining training materials, as well as delivering both in-person and digital classroom programs. You will be responsible for continuously refining and managing training content to ensure it meets regulatory requirements, enhances the learner experience, improves business outcomes, and achieves positive customer satisfaction.

In addition, you will support the implementation of lending change initiatives.


About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess a comprehensive understanding of customer service and lending within a retail banking environment, as well as a solid grasp of the financial services industry.

You should demonstrate technical lending skills, engaging facilitation techniques, and internal consulting abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with an understanding of training needs analysis and methodologies. Being tech-savvy and able to explore new technologies to support the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences is highly desirable.

Additionally, having a keen eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing and effective training materials will be a significant advantage.
