Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Learning Facilitator to join our childcare centre. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality learning experiences for young children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

You will work closely with our team of experienced educators to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement learning programs that meet the needs of children
  • Work collaboratively with the educational team to achieve program goals
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • An understanding of challenging behaviours
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
