**Role Summary**

The NDIS Manager role is a critical position within an organization, responsible for leading the strategic and operational direction of services. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and be able to ensure high-quality, person-centred services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Leadership and Management: Lead the intake process, service agreements, participant onboarding, and plan navigation.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the effective and compliant delivery of support coordination and related services.
  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor service quality and participant outcomes aligned with their goals.
  • Culture and Values: Promote and embed the core values of the organization in all aspects of work practice.

**Operational Oversight:

The NDIS Manager oversees the delivery of support coordination, plan management, intake and administration, ensuring compliance, financial viability, and a positive client experience.

**Financial Acumen:

The NDIS Manager is responsible for budget utilisation, financial processes, timely and accurate billing, and claims in accordance with NDIS funding rules.

**Team Development:

The NDIS Manager manages, supports, and supervises the NDIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, conducting regular supervision, goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development.

**Client Engagement:

The NDIS Manager promotes a strong customer experience and client-centred service culture, actively engaging with participants, families, carers, and community organisations, responding to client feedback, and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Strategic Planning:

The NDIS Manager contributes to organisational strategy and service planning, identifying opportunities for program expansion, partnerships, and innovation, collaborating with the Business Development and Communications teams to promote services and attract participants.
