We are seeking a skilled Concrete Production Supervisor to join our team at our Coomera plant.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced role that requires you to be a strong problem solver with a high level of attention to detail. As a Concrete Production Supervisor based at our Coomera plant, we are looking for a team player who can hit the ground running.

  • Supporting and displaying a strong safety culture at all times
  • Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
  • Allocating and assigning loads to drivers
  • Stock management and coordination of deliveries
  • Managing contractors carrying out site maintenance
  • Yard maintenance and front-end loader operation
  • Forklift operation and manual handling of bagged products

About you:

  • Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised,
  • Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture
  • Be passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and is results-focused
  • Have effective communication skills and work under pressure
  • Be able to physically perform all duties associated with the position
  • Driver's license and own transport is essential with front-end loader or forklift competency an advantage
  • Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening

Additionally, you must hold valid Australian work rights with no restrictions on hours or duration of employment. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept Holiday or Student Visas.
