As part of our pioneering team in South Australia, you will take on leadership responsibilities, manage complex cases, and directly contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Complex Case Management: Manage the entire rehabilitation process for complex, high-value cases in compliance with RTWSA guidelines.
- Develop and oversee individualized return-to-work plans, collaborating with healthcare providers, employers, and GPs.
- Provide expert recommendations to ensure smooth and successful rehabilitation outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, healthcare providers, and RTWSA representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employers, offering guidance on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-work strategies.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on client outcomes and professional development.
- Play a key role in business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen relationships with new clients.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives to drive service innovation and regional expansion.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field.
- Eligibility for relevant professional registration and/or accreditation under RTWSA guidelines.
- 2-3 years of experience in workplace rehabilitation, injury management, or case management, with strong knowledge of RTWSA guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including healthcare providers and employers.
